AML/CFT/CPF POLICY
BEM is committed to preventing its platform and services from being used for money laundering, terrorism financing, proliferation financing, fraud or other unlawful activities.
BEM may:
– conduct KYC/e-KYC and Customer Due Diligence;
– verify beneficial owners;
– conduct sanctions and PEP screening;
– request Source of Funds or Source of Wealth information;
– monitor transactions for unusual or suspicious activity; and
– delay, reject, suspend or terminate transactions where required by law or BEM’s compliance procedures.
Customers must provide accurate information and cooperate with reasonable compliance requests.
BEM may disclose information to the relevant authorities where required or permitted by applicable law.
